The Jacksonville Claims Association (JCA) was established in 1932 and is one of the most active associations through its monthly meetings providing a variety of State Approved Florida Licensed Adjuster Continuing Education topics. It is one of the oldest claims organizations in the State of Florida as well as the country. The JCA is a non-profit association organized around the principles of professional development through education, to promote ethics and good business relations among members, and provide the opportunity to interact with colleagues.

Our main goal is to provide Florida Adjuster State Approved CE educational information and programs and in providing the latest up-to-date information at the monthly meetings that give claims professionals relevant tools to improve their skills.
