Polly started her insurance career at Nationwide Insurance Company while she was going to school at UF in Gainesville. She has worked for Independent Fire Insurance Company, Crawford and Company, Scibal Associates and Florida Insurance Guarantee Association. Polly is currently a cargo claims investigator and subrogation specialist at Landstar. She has been a member of the claims association for many years.
Cindy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State
University in 1987. Cindy began her career with Allstate Insurance
Company in 1988. Cindy holds the designation of Senior Claims Law
Associate from the American Educational Institute. Cindy is also an
Arbitration panelist for Arbitration Forums. Cindy is a new member
of the JCA and is looking forward to her new duties with the JCA as
Treasurer for 2009.
John O’Dell is Director of Risk Management for Landstar. He has served as past President, Chairman and Board member of the Jacksonville Claims Association and the National Transportation Loss Prevention and Security Council of American Trucking Association. He is currently an Arbitrator with the National Transportation Arbitration Board. John serves as the Executive Director of the Certified Claims Professional Accreditation Council. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Transportation Loss Prevention and Security Association
A Florida native, James earned his BS degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Florida State University. He served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Corps and served as a Major in the Florida National Guard and Army Reserve. James is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Medical Claims Defense Network and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He was with Hinshaw & Culbertson prior to joining McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver, PA and in 2003 founded James C. Rinaman III & Associates, PA with offices in Jacksonville and Pensacola, Florida.
Tiffany works for Royal Plus, Inc., a disaster restoration company out of Snow Hill, MD. She is in the sales and marketing department for Central and Northeast Florida. She was an American Red Cross Lifesaver in Jacksonville Beach for five years prior to joining Royal. She attended Florida State University for 2 years and than decided to try real estate. She has now been with Royal Plus, for one fantastic year. They can’t prevent disasters, but they can get you through them! She loves this industry, company and what she does.
Mr. Greer’s is a thirty year veteran of the insurance claims industry. Starting as a multi-line field adjuster with Aetna Life & Casualty, he ultimately progressed through various field and staff management positions until, today, as President of AE21 Incorporated, he manages Florida’s Associations of Property & Casualty (PCCP) and Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP), the nation’s two largest state-certified providers of claims-related continuing education and professional development. Mr. Greer also provides consulting, audit, expert witness, and claims adjuster licensing and training services to employers and carriers primarily across the Southeastern U.S., and in times of catastrophe, first-response CAT management and leadership services. Mr. Greer is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana and attended Law School at Louisiana State University. He is a licensed adjuster in both Florida and Mississippi and currently holds the Workers’ Compensation Claims Law Associate (“WCCLA”) and Certified Property and Casualty Underwrit
Heather is a claims adjuster with Florida Family Insurance. Prior to her current employment she worked for Crawford an Florida Insurance Guarantee (FIGA). Heather has served as an active committee chair and member the Jacksonville Claims Association for many years.
Natalie began her career with Allstate Insurance Company in 1977 and is currently the Unrep Casualty Adjuster in Jacksonville, Fl. She has held many positions and worked in numerous disciplines within the company during her career including support, personal lines, field auto adjusting, homeowner adjusting, managing an Unrep Casualty Unit and Subrogation. Natalie is enjoys what she does. It has not just been a job to her, but a career built on service to others. Natalie is married to
Richard A. Johnson, a CFP and has two children, Marshall, 18 and Rudi age 11. She holds the designation of Senior Claims Law Associate from fortunate that
even after 30 years she still the American Educational Institute.
Bill Schwab is the Account Manager for Complete Claims Services based in Jacksonville Beach. Bill is a 1984 graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is and has been an active member of JCA for many years and was recognized for his service and conferred a Life Member in 2006. Bill is an avid golfer.
