Judi obtained her MBA from Jacksonville University in 2004. She began adjusting claims in 1974 with Crawford and Co. in Lakeland, Florida, and obtained her 5-20 license in 1975. Currently she is employed as a senior field representative with Mutual Risk Insurance.

Scott began his claims career with Crawford in Madison, Wisconsin. He job opportunities have taken him to Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, and finally Florida. He has a degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, completed graduate work in police administration and has completed the Law of Claims Fraud Investigation and Defense. Currently he is the Branch Casualty Supervisor for Crawford & Co., in Jacksonville.
