The Jacksonville Claims Association was established in 1931 and is one of the oldest claims organizations in the State of Florida as well as the country.  The JCA is a non-profit association organized around the principle of professional development through education and the opportunity to interact with colleagues.  We have a rich history and proud tradition of advancement of the claims profession through our monthly meetings, social outings, sponsored educational events, scholarship and charity.

The Jacksonville Claims Association has dedicated itself to providing value-added benefits to the membership. Our main goal is to provide educational information at the meetings that give claims professionals relevant tools to improve their skills.
